You have full control over your data. You can delete your CircleGuard account and personal data at any time — directly in the app in seconds, or by request here without logging in.
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and self-service.
Open the appEmail us from the address on your account. We process verified requests within 30 days.
Request Account DeletionWhen your deletion is processed, the following data tied to you is permanently removed.
Account profile
Your name, email address, and app settings are permanently erased from our systems.
Circle memberships
Your membership in every family or buddy circle is removed. Circles you own are handled per your circle's guardian structure.
Messages & calls
Your circle chat messages and call session records are permanently deleted.
Location history
Saved locations, safe zones you created, location-sharing records, and safe-walk history are erased.
Security data
Your two-factor authentication enrollment, shared-secret Q&A pairs, and biometric lock preferences are deleted.
Vault contents
All Legacy Vault items — including uploaded documents and stored references — are permanently destroyed.
Incidents & reports
Your incident logs, verification events, welfare check-ins, and personal scam reports are deleted.
A small set of records is retained where we're legally or operationally required — never your personal content.
Transactional records required by tax, accounting, and financial regulations. These contain no message, location, or vault content.
Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that can no longer be linked to you or your device.
Community scam-report signals (e.g. flagged phone numbers) that help protect other families. These are disassociated from your identity at deletion.
Platform security logs kept to detect abuse and prevent fraud, retained only as required for security operations.
