CircleGuard ("we", "us") is a family safety platform that helps protect people from phone scams, unwanted contact, and emergencies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We are a platform by Agenticom AI. By using CircleGuard, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

To provide the service we collect and store:

• Account information: name, email address, and phone number.
• Circle information: the members you invite and their roles within your circle.
• Safety activity: verification events, check-ins, incidents, and location data you choose to share.
• Device and usage data: approximate location, motion sensor signals for fall detection, and basic analytics.

What We Do Not Access

CircleGuard never listens to, records, or stores the content of your regular phone calls or text messages. Verification is out-of-band — a separate signal to a trusted person's device — and does not depend on call content.

Audio submitted to the AI Scam Analyzer is uploaded solely to generate a transcription and scam assessment, and is not used to train models.

How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• Deliver verification, SOS, safe walk, safe zone, and welfare check-in features.
• Notify your circle members when you request help or a check-in is missed.
• Provide guardians with consent-based weekly summaries of flagged incidents.
• Improve reliability, safety, and prevent fraud and abuse of the platform.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the circle members you designate, with service providers who help us operate the platform under strict confidentiality, or when required by law.

Data Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry standards.

Your Rights (CCPA & GDPR)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at cs@circleguard.io.

Children's Privacy

CircleGuard is designed for families and trusted adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will note the updated date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
