Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CircleGuard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Description of Service

CircleGuard provides family safety tools including out-of-band caller verification, silent SOS, safe walk, safe zones, welfare check-ins, AI scam analysis, and a legacy vault. Some features require a paid plan.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian's consent, to create an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use CircleGuard to harass, stalk, or harm anyone.
• Submit false verification reports or misuse SOS and emergency features.
• Attempt to access another user's data without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.

Paid Plans

Some features are available only with a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds, where applicable, are handled per the plan terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Disclaimers

CircleGuard is a safety tool, not a guarantee of safety or a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, always contact local emergency services directly. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CircleGuard and Agenticom AI are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the platform. You may delete your account at any time.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
